After eggs and bacon then I can not help but speak of breads and muffins that you find in the typical American breakfast plate. A classic are pancakes, leavened a sort of crepe served with butter and maple syrup or honey inevitable. If you do not want the pile of scones to Homer Simpson, I recommend the French toast : toast dipped in egg, cream and spices and then fried. Served with a dusting of powdered sugar is great with the jam. For something more "light" I would jump on Inglese muffins, cakes, soft-open in half and fill as desired. This should not be confused with the famous American muffin, a small sweet cake tins paper. You can find several flavors of muffins, but the most famous is the blueberry (blueberry) muffins. Among my favorites are then scones : paninetti simple or with sweet raspberries (raspberries) or blueberries. Otherwise there is the classic toast, toasted bread and butter most of the time is still hot so the fat melts and absorbs into the bread making it softer. But remember: you can not just order toast, you must specify the type of bread you want: white, cereals, wholemeal ... usually the list is offering endless!
