TRAINING COURSE : YOGA FOR WOMEN recognized UISP


Yoga discipline, while being born in a predominantly male, you see, at least in the West, a high prevalence of female practitioners. This required more attention and further study by contemporary teachers than those who are teaching the ideas of tradition.

Physicality women requires special attention and knowledge of its mechanisms so closely tied to the whole psychophysical system of women.
This course of study and post-training will be presented the functional elements of the practice in every moment of the woman's life and the aspects to be handled with greater care and sensitivity.

The course consists of 5 lessons that accompany the students through the various stages of the life of a woman explaining the physiological, psychological and related to practice.

There are 5 meetings for a total of 30 hours.

Professor: Simon Mocci, teacher and educator, began his training at the Yoga Institute of Charles Patrian with a thesis Yoga final on possible approaches to disorders of the menstrual cycle. He continued his studies and graduated with SIYR, four school teachers Yoga Ratna Gabriella Cella Al-Chamali, with a thesis on Yoga in pregnancy.

Dal 2006 tiene corsi di aggiornamento per gli operatori dei consultori genovesi sulle tecniche Yoga in gravidanza e sul massaggio ayurvedico del bambino.

Ha collaborato con “Il Melograno, centro di informazione maternità e nascita” tenendo corsi di Yoga per gestanti.

Ha condotto, negli anni, diversi laboratori di Yoga per bambini all’interno della scuola primaria, portando avanti un percorso di osservazione e studio sugli effetti dello Yoga sull’apprendimento.

È responsabile del corso di post-formazione “Lo Yoga in schools and educational institutions "approved by Yani, National Association of Yoga Teachers.
