MEDITATION
of Maria Cristina Lombardi
An ancient Western teaching of profound wisdom, it states: "We are what we think, even thought not only to influence the human nature, but builds it."
This concept is fundamental to understand the importance and the inherent potential of Meditation, by any latitude draws its origins. Our thoughts, our motivations, the quality of our expectations are crucial to our quality of life.
if floods the mind of thoughts "negative" certainly produce a chain of adverse events.
"We are what we think, we realize that even what we think! The twentieth century was a century of accelerating scientific. Thanks to the discoveries of quantum physics there is a meeting between the old and the new insights holistic view, "according to which everything in the universe is deeply interconnected. In oriental medicine, after all there were clear evidence is clear: ayurveda, medicine, Buddhist, the Tibetan, and then the Chinese will give more real evidence. All the "existence" is vibration. The Nada-Yoga, the yoga of sound, consider the original source of the sound vibrations of the whole universe and is used as a cure thin, and infuses it involves being in its totality. For Hinduism, the OM is the primordial sound that gave rise to the origin, and penetrates all reality. All that we perceive in existence is illusory and limited.
We see only part of what falls under the restricted range of our senses.
also amplifies the thought but defaults all this based solely on what part of our conventional and customary mental baggage: the world is filtered through the senses and limited by the rational mind.
The moment that expresses the present does not already contains more than the past, the future is not yet clear, we do not live and never totally true moment: the "quieora. We are weighed down and engulfed by a projected reality and non-existent and not the actual living reality of the present liable to lose to address fundamental to our life. The true state of meditation can be achieved only in the silence of the mind "quieora. Alan Wallace, a leading expert in the field of theoretical physics and Buddhism, says that there are parallels between the concept of "empty space" in Western science, and vision of the true vacuum, also called "primordial awareness" and defined "Sunya" Hinduism, "Emptiness" dal Buddismo, “Satori” nello zen.
All phenomena in the cosmos takes place inside and only inside.
This statement agrees with the practical experience of many cultures, with the quantum model, and, as we have seen in particular with the mystical knowledge of Buddhist monks practicing centuries by the observation of the mind. Theirs is the axiom: "consciousness is an empty space in which everything exists."
The emptiness is talking about the wisdom of the Buddha is just this ability to suspend personal thought, illusory and chaotic. Reflect on what we are heavily invaded by thoughts, and inflated unintended (which I like to call "pests"), it is significant to understand how we live immersed in and surrounded by a deceptive appearance and non-existent, which defines Hinduism sharply "maya".
The real "cornerstone" is the ability of a genuine mental stop: a "pause", which is essential to find a way of being pure substantiality. Everything we sense exists, but not in a limited way in which our senses can perceive.
Buddhism states: "... everything is interconnected, and the essential nature is emptiness." That futility because of the impossibility di percepirne la vera natura oggettiva e intrinseca.
Rajinesh Osho says, in his great wisdom: "The truth is supreme. The experience of this all is possible, but it is almost impossible to express, the expression is always partial. You can feel and realize the whole inside of you, but when you express yourself, it's just a point of view, it is never the whole. "
In the West, most of the time, it is assumed that the meditative state is an active process of "internalization" or at best a case of "absent" from the outside world. In reality it is also everything, but this concept is totally lacking in real substance. One is not even the most educated outside. It may be just the beginning.
A great teacher, George Gurdjieff calls "creative objective" state of true meditation, and "subjective creativity" the situation in which the individual, although deeply internalized, has maintained contact with his "mind" and, even if it does not fall under its evaluation capacity, does provide a state of mind, while the meditator is entirely "beyond the mind."
course it is not easy to see the subtle difference, especially once you have accessed the thin, how to confirm the time.
Sakyamuni Gautama, the Buddha, which offers a fine example: "... it is said that for twelve years he devoted himself night and day in search of the true state of meditation, but groping in the dark without ever reaching the experience enlightening. Tirelessly continued his research: he turned to renowned teachers, philosophers and teachers of various yoga did diguini, explored every method available at the time, but was more disappointed. At that time, was followed by five companions and disciples who, disheartened and disillusioned did not take long to get away from him. Sorry, he decided to abandon any discipline, the long fasting and yoga, and left totally alone, stopped falling asleep under a tree del bodhi.
Osho .
